Full Management

  Monthly management fee - 10% plus VAT of the agreed monthly rent amount. (ie. if the monthly rental was £500.00, you will pay a fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT.)

Rent Guarantee

• One off payment at the start of each tenancy year

• Labour

  £30.00 per hour (£50.00 charge for first hour)
